Individual therapy begins with building a trusting relationship with a trained therapist.

Individual Art Therapy sessions are available for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Co-facilitated Art Therapy groups are co-lead by the art therapist and another of our talented therapists.
These groups are typically covered by insurance.
Open Studio Groups are offered for age-specific groups.
In these groups, we focus on the inherent therapeutic benefits of making art in community.
Sessions last 90 minutes.

Sandy has specialized training in EMDR Therapy and Imago Relationship Therapy.
She applies these and other effective treatments to relationships, family, business, and personal growth.
Sue is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, specializing in work with families and children.
She offers the Prepare-Enrich Inventories for premarital and marital couples, including those couples wanting to work specifically on parenting issues.
With many years of experience providing therapeutic care, Sandy specializes in IMAGO Relational Therapy, and applies this effective treatment to marriage, relationship, family, business, and communication improvement.
Sandy has specialized training in EMDR, a technique that helps remove emotional barriers that can feel paralyzing or just prevent us from living the life they deserve.
I approach therapy by focusing on helping each individual live the life they choose by bringing a supportive, empowering presence to each relationship.
