Evaluations for immigrants seeking a Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions (Form N-648).
If you are having problems and aren't sure if you need an evaluation, a meeting can be set up to determine your needs.
If you are without insurance or have an unmanageably high deductible, a reasonable plan can be arranged with you to afford the testing you need.
In addition to psychological assessment, individual therapy is available for children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Required initial consultation with the facilitator will occur to make sure a group is an appropriate therapeutic setting.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for teens age 13-18 and their parents.
Each DBT skill module runs for 5 weeks with one week between modules; the full six-month course includes four modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
