As a licensed Clinical Psychologist I generally work with clients using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on accepting what cannot be changed and committing to what is most important to the individual. I also frequently use a variety of other therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their goals. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, relationship concerns, couples counseling, crisis of faith, and personality disorders.
I primarily work with adults and teenagers.

Services
I am currently accepting new clients and can usually see new patients within 3-6 weeks.
I offer both in person and telehealth appointments.
Before scheduling a first appointment, I will send you some paperwork to fill out online (privacy policies, consents, and a brief survey).
Once that's all complete we can get a specific time scheduled.
I can only currently accept United Healthcare (which includes UMR and Student Resources) and self-pay clients.
If you are with United Healthcare, be sure to include your insurance information in the paperwork.
