My treatment philosophy is based upon a balanced approach to healing. While medications often play an important role in treatment of psychiatric illnesses I believe the best practice is to consider the whole person, paying kind and careful attention to the individual and their internal world. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders, as well as depression and anxiety.

I focus more on the connection between the mind and body as a path to healing. I offer short and long term psychotherapy in addition to medication management services (only if you are also an active therapy patient of mine). My goal is to provide you with a safe space for healing, adequate time for empathetic listening, the development of insight, and the opportunity for understanding and compassion.

Mental illness takes a wide variety of forms, and it may feel as if society will only tolerate the quickest of fixes and briefest of interruptions from your daily life before you are expected to return to your highest level of functioning.
Services
Unfortunately, my clinic is unable to accept any new suboxone patients at this time.
I am also unable to provide any outpatient detox services.
I highly recommend the Kolmac Clinic if you are in need of outpatient substance abuse treatment.

I am no longer accepting new patients seeking only medication management (without concurrent long term/weekly psychotherapy) now or in the future.
In other words, I only provide medication management services to my own active/ongoing therapy patients and new prospective therapy patients.
My practice does not use a waitlist.
UPDATE Fall 2021- Thank you for your interest!
Unfortunately I have no availability to accept new potential psychotherapy (with or without medication management) patients into my practice right now.
