Dr. O'Neill has been a practitioner of Counseling Psychology since she earned her Masters Degree in the specialty from Gonzaga University in 1981.
She then worked in private practice in Seattle, WA for a few years, after which she decided to deepen her education and training in the specialty by seeking a Ph.
D. in Counseling Psychology.
She was awarded her Doctorate degree in 1990 from Washington State University.
Her doctoral training included a Counseling Internship at the University of California at Berkeley.
