Beach Walk Talk
I'm Robyn Igelman and I am excited to share my passion for helping people, and the beach, with you. Beach Walk Talk is an innovative solution-focused coaching and therapy model incorporating mindfulness, walking or running, and of course, the beach! My goal is to help high achieving individuals, adolescents, couples, professionals, & parents live their best lives, attain their goals, and overcome challenges and obstacles, all while maintaining a healthy mind-body balance.

As an addiction psychologist and grief therapist, my focus is on helping my clients figure out what they truly want or need in life in order to feel positive and energized about their future and gain insight into how they can use their inner strengths to succeed. I will work closely with you to understand your individual circumstances, hear your concerns, and offer a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.

I find that the beach is a great place to explore life's difficulties and find solutions.
Services
Hello, and welcome to my specialized practice, Beach Walk Talk.
I'm Dr. Robyn Igelman and I am so glad that we found each other.
I am an addiction psychologist and grief therapist who specializes in treating adolescents and adults in all stages of life, with an emphasis on helping those individuals who are highly anxious, grieving a loss, or battling addiction.
In addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, I utilize holistic therapy practices that include mindfulness, meditation, and somatic therapies (such as energy work and physical movement).
Do you feel like your drinking or marijuana use is becoming risky or creating problems for you or your family?
Are you considering cutting down or quitting but you're not sure where to start?
It's not always easy to change and finding a psychologist who is skilled in the most effective strategies associated with successfully cutting down or quitting can help.
Through the use of cognitive-behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practice, I offer step by step guidance to help you decide how much you will drink or use and then get you to your goal in the short- and long-term, even if that means quitting completely.
I currently accept Optum, United Healthcare, Health Net, Oxford, TriWest, and Medicare.
I am out-of-network with all other insurance plans.
I will provide you with a superbill for each session that you can apply toward your deductible or submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes diagnostic codes and procedural codes.
Dr. Igelman's fee is $175 per 50-minute individual session; the initial intake session fee is $200.
Email is not a secure form of communication so if you'd like to speak in depth about your concerns, please call or email me so we can set up a time to speak by phone or in person.
I am pleased to provide you with options for how you participate in therapy.
You can receive services online via a secure video portal, we can walk and talk, or you can come into my office.
The choice is yours.
