Therapy is a collaborative experience based on the relationship between you and the psychologist.
A psychologist provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.
Psychologists apply research-based techniques to help people develop more effective habits.
The treatment we provide is individualized according to your goals and the therapist's assessment of your situation.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening or mental health emergency, you should call 911 or go immediately to your nearest emergency room, preferably driven and escorted by a family member or friend.
Grapevine Psychology is growing and is looking to build a community of therapists who hold a shared mission for providing evidence-based mental health services to North Texas.

The vision for building Grapevine Psychology is to create a therapist network to support and encourage each other in this sometimes difficult, and always dynamic, role.
