Sometimes life is hard and you need someone to talk to.
Sometimes you need someone to tell you that what is happening to you is manageable and that you are capable of getting through it and that you are not going to loose your mind in the process.
If you feel stuck, lost, alone, depressed, anxious or worried that something is not right, therapy can help.
Very few people need or want to go to therapy for long periods of time.
Successful therapy that is the right fit, with the right person is often only needed for only relatively brief periods of time.

When a person is very upset, their brain cannot process information the same as when we are calm.
When something upsetting happens, one moment can become "frozen in time, " and remembering a trauma may feel as bad as going through it the first time because the images, sounds, smells, and feelings haven't changed.
EMDR seems to have a direct impact on the way that the brain processes information.
Following a successful EMDR session, a person no longer relives the images, sounds, and feelings when the event is brought to mind.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a form of hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon designed to help people understand and work through the possible root origins of trauma in this life as well as in past lives; it is also an opportunity to more fully connect with higher aspects of yourself, or your soul, that can allow for profound and transformative healing.
A typical PLR involves bringing in an experience of 1-3 past lives, understanding the lessons and purposes of those past lives, and working through the death experience so that there are no lingering aspects of that life carried over into your present life (or if there are aspects of that past life that have carried over into this life, there will be an opportunity to understand those experiences and allow them to move through.)
