I have training in and experience using a variety of therapeutic approaches and appreciate being able to draw from modalities that I believe may fit best for the particular individual.
For example, my work is influenced by psychodynamic relational approaches, mindfulness based interventions, social justice oriented approaches, process-experiential psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and sensorimotor psychotherapy.
