The psychologists and registered dietitian nutritionists at our practice serve residents in our Arlington, VA and Washington DC offices and via telehealth to residents of PSYPACT participating states, Our psychologists and dietitians want to help you live a life that is representative of your values. We want to help you live a life that you care about.

It can be hard to do that in the face of psychological and medical conditions. Often clients find themselves focusing all their energy on getting rid of or struggling with thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations they're feeling that they have little time left to focus on the people and things that matter to them most. Our job is to help you learn how to better manage the thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations so that you can make more space for tending to the things that matter most to you.

At Mind Body Health, our clinical therapists understand that everyone is coming in with their own personal concerns about their health and well-being.
