Driftwood Family Therapy
But it's also what keeps us walking down the hallways of life toward healing and relief. My goal has always been to help others find hope for their future. Hope when life brings challenges, hope despite the past, hope in the present, and hope for what's to come. I believe every person has the ability to overcome and heal with even the smallest spark of hope.

I have spent much of my career helping others develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as working through couple and family issues. Stress impacts us all and oftentimes impacts our relationships, family life, school, work, or simply our overall quality of life. If you are experiencing stress from life's challenges or have experienced adversity in your life that is impacting your current quality of life, please contact Driftwood Family Therapy.
Services
I've been working in the mental health/psychotherapy field since 2013 providing therapy for individuals (adults and children), couples, and families.
I have my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Adler University in Chicago.
I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Iowa.
My career began in 2013 at a community mental health center in Madison, WI before returning to central Iowa where I had the opportunity to spend 3 years working with children with emotional and behavioral issues and their families in an inpatient residential setting.
Each individual is unique, having their own strengths, history, struggles, and goals.
It is my goal to create a safe space so clients can feel free to explore who they are, what their true goals are, and address areas of growth.
Any relationship between two people takes work, no matter the kind of relationship.
Relationships need trust and commitment to survive as the relationship evolves over time.
Couples therapy helps partners identify and navigate barriers to a happy relationship and implement skills to resolve issues.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and held exclusively for you.
Cancellations can be made without a fee if made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
