This approach will give you the tools you need to begin to have a deeper understanding of yourself and will allow you to move forward toward a more fulfilling and happy life. Energy healing is a non-invasive, effective modality that creates changes on a deep level.
It could be said that traditional psychotherapy works from the outside in. You, as an individual, decide to make changes in your thinking and in your life. With energy healing, changes occur from the inside out. I am excited to be part of the Northwest Arkansas community. I bring over 18 years experience in psychotherapy and have trained in many mental health modalities including Clinical Hypnosis and EMDR.
Attending the Barbara Brennan School of Energy is where I studied one of the most advanced energy healing modalities available and is a compliment to traditional therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois.

Old wounds will be brought into the light to allow transformation and healing to take place.
The therapeutic relationship is extremely important and is both supportive and collaborative while we examine thoughts, patterns and beliefs that are outdated or damaging.
