Learning to live your life to its fullest is sometimes a challenge, particularly when you (or a family member) are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or connecting with the people around you (to name just a few). Sometimes these challenges can become overwhelming and debilitating. And if you are like most people, you simply want to be happy.

From a collaborative, client-centered approach, I want you to learn alternative, more adaptive ways to cope with these problems and increase your sense of competency and self-esteem. Together, I want to help you think clearer, feel better, and be empowered to achieve your goals. By searching for help, you are already one step closer towards a new you where you can feel empowered and be on a positive path towards personal growth and well-being.

Change is possible. So why stop short now? I am a licensed psychologist (FL PY 10224) who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy for the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders, as well as trauma.
