Our team is committed to anti-racism work and cross-cultural responsiveness, humility, sensitivity, and responsibility. We support BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Center Psychotherapy offers mental health treatment for children, adolescents, & adults. All of our clinicians specialize in trauma treatment. We also provide clinical supervision for therapists, trauma treatment consultation for agencies & schools, and professional CEU training.

Methods are offered such as EMDR, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, TF-CBT, and Teaching of Mindfulness and Somatic Resourcing. We work from a client-centered approach and offer the modality most suited to the individual, not the presenting symptoms. Our offices are both child and adult friendly with carefully selected art supplies, sand trays and sensorimotor equipment to aid in the safe exploration of our body-based needs for rhythm, self-regulation and sensory exploration.

Center Psychotherapy is a group mental health practice that specializes in trauma treatment.
Services
Our clinicians are skilled in their particular area of expertise with cross-collaboration occurring among staff to optimally support families whose members may have different therapeutic needs.
Erika Lally, LMHC is the owner of Center Psychotherapy with a specialization in treating complex trauma.
She additionally provides trauma consultation, training and supervision to help clinicians hone their trauma treatment skills.
She has taught extensively through Lesley University and the Trauma Center Certificate Program prior to starting her group practice.
We work with children ages five through adolescents.
Each child's needs are unique and we tailor our treatment approach accordingly.
Our clinicians are skilled in many modalities including EMDR, play and art therapy and sand tray.
We work in close collaboration with caregivers and assess which treatment approach is optimal.
Child and adolescent clients often require case and family consultation.
Our clinicians are available for IEP meetings, and school and case consultation as needed on a case by case basis.
Art and art making engages all of our senses.
Art therapy uses the sensory, kinesthetic, perceptual, affective, symbolic, cognitive and creative process of art making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well being of individuals of all ages.
It is based on the belief that the properties involved in artistic self-expression help people to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and achieve insight.
