I am committed to providing high quality psychological services to adults and seniors. I believe that concepts, treatment approaches, and research data from many different theoretical schools may be professionally applied to relieve a variety of personal, family, and marital problems. The resolution of presenting symptoms, an enhancement of interpersonal functioning, and an encouragement of wellness-sustaining spiritual growth are all seen as valid goals of counseling.
I offer expertise in integrating Christian truths into the therapeutic process and am sensitive to the patient's right to choose the level of interest in this approach. Use my contact form, or simply call me, to start getting the answers you need to grow personally and live a healthier life.

I provide psychotherapy for a wide variety of life issues, including, but not limited to: transitions/adjustments, grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship concerns.
I am trained in numerous therapeutic methods, each of which may be useful depending on the patient's choice, the symptoms being treated, and the appropriateness of the intervention.
I usually employ a short-term psychotherapy approach with my patients.
This means that counseling is goal-oriented, solution-focused, and directed toward specific problems or symptoms.
