As a Clinical Psychologist and a Life Coach, I combine the depth of psychology with the practicality of life coaching to help you meet your personal goals.
I work with individuals who are successful in certain areas of their lives, but need some expert guidance in other areas.
I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, as well as an extensive Business Management background, having worked for a Fortune 500 company for over a decade.
Therefore, my unique skill set allows me to help you get to the core of issues that have been holding you back and make progress in a way that feels safe, effective, and empowering.
I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for individuals who are confronting issues related to adjustment, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationships, and trauma.
I specialize in helping individuals who find themselves caught in repetitive patterns of less-than-effective coping and bewildering self-defeat, and those with LGBTQ+ concerns.
My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic.
I will guide and support you every step of the way as, together, we generate insight into the basic structure of your personality, identify and push past defenses, and achieve lasting and deeply rooted change.
I aim to create a safe, healing environment for individuals of diverse racial and cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and body sizes.
I work with individuals and couples navigating through life transitions, self-esteem, racial/ethnic identity, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, relationships, and trauma.
Every therapeutic journey is unique, and everyone deserves a space to heal, recharge, and feel empowered to tell their story.
In this fast-paced world, therapy allows you to take a moment to slow down, gain insight, and cultivate the confidence to become the most authentic version of yourself.
I strive to offer a safe, comfortable, and supportive space for individuals who are experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, grief, and relationship difficulties.
I incorporate techniques from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based therapies as I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
As we work together, I can help you gain insight about thought and behavior patterns impacting your life.
My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive so that you may express yourself openly and freely.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and career issues.
I tailor treatment to your specific needs and offer a safe, non-judgmental environment.
We will work to create a space where you can feel comfortable talking about emotions and situations that may pain you the most.
Together we will process your past, gain insight into yourself, and change the way you think towards a more positive future.
Navigating life's obstacles can be overwhelming.
I work with adults of all ages dealing with anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and grief.
My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can have an open conversation, delve into difficult issues, and help you to improve and develop your most effective coping skills.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and individualized.
Throughout the course of our time together, I will tailor our work to meet your specific needs.
As a therapist, I strive to create a collaborative atmosphere where people of all ages, genders, expressions, and orientations feel welcomed and comfortable.
I work with individuals and couples whose goals are to better understand themselves, understand one another, or overcome various barriers to happiness.
I specialize in working with those experiencing sexual issues and also work with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, and relationships.
I utilize an eclectic approach, as every person is different and complex.
Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, or 'stuck' trying to navigate a difficult life transition, I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
Together, we will identify the areas in your life that are holding you back, and work to identify goals and strategies for moving forward.
I work with both individuals and couples.
As a postdoctoral psychology resident, I am highly trained and use a holistic approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and a Humanistic approach to help you attain emotional well-being, improve your interpersonal relationships, and develop coping skills.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and provides a safe and open space so that you may express yourself freely.
I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, career issues, life transitions, interpersonal issues, low self-esteem, couples' issues, grief, and cultural and identity concerns.
Together, we can work towards improving your quality of life as we identify and process the areas of your life that are causing you pain or discomfort.
Then, we will work on developing and utilizing new skills to create a positive future for you.
I am a passionate and driven therapist who is committed to helping you achieve your mental health goals.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space that will encourage you to explore your struggles, gain insight, challenge assumptions and beliefs about yourself, and appreciate your successes.
As a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, stressful life changes, communication, relationships, and social justice.
