My foundation is a degree from University of West Georgia in Humanistic and Existential psychology. I blend Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT) with holistic therapy styles. I have experience in individual, couples and group therapy. My style is collaborative; I trust that the client has an inner wisdom and it is my role to help the client discover this.
I address psychological issues with a focus on mindfulness and body-centered awareness. Attending to the relationship throughout the process, I help explore client issues from early childhood and how these issues manifest themselves in current patterns of being. I have training in CBT and use it in tandem with experiential techniques. By helping clients evaluate outdated stories they have about themselves, together we can explore new ways of thinking.
Shifting self-talk can help clients to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. Incorporating mindfulness-based therapy techniques such as meditation and visualization; I help clients integrate psychological shifts on an emotional level.

Services
Imagine waking up feeling free and at ease with who you are; undoubtful of your choices and tuned in to yourself.
Regardless of what happens around you or what others want, you are confident in your footing.
Imagine feeling so sound and sturdy in who you are that you don't require the opinions of others.
When you quiet your mind and tune in to your deepest self, what do you find there?
Often the answer to this question is so crowded out by the hustle of life that we do not take the time to truly listen.
