Services
Individual therapy is ideal for anyone who is feeling "stuck" in life, has a particular problem or is struggling with specific symptoms.
Often, clients who come to therapy say "I just want to feel.happier, better, calmer."
In individual work, we address areas that are keeping us stuck so that we can do more behaviors that move us toward the rich and meaningful life that everyone wants and deserves.
Whether you have been together for one year or 50, a relationship or marriage goes through its own growing pains, similar to us as individuals.
We are passionate about working alongside children and their families to provide support and help create a plan of action.
In therapy, we offer a structured environment where children actively participate in interventions, including therapeutic role play, written activities, organizational skills, and coping skills for difficult emotions (anxiety, anger, depression).
We also enjoy working with teens who may be in the process of discovering their identity and need support in working through the many transitions of life.
IQ testing appointments are now available for the Scholars Academy.
We will open up appointments in late September with most availability occuring October-January.
Deadlines are usually in Feb. Please read ALL info and also review info provided by the school.
We have extensive knowledge about intellectual giftedness and the program at Scholars Academy, as well as lots of experience testing pre-school age children, which requires special patience and care.
