Are you going through a stressful or troubled time? So many people are these days! Transitions can leave us feeling overwhelmed and powerless. If you are facing divorce, the death of a dear one or beloved pet, loss of a home or job, health issues, or other life crisis, you need support and guidance-you need an ally! I work with individuals from emerging adulthood to seniors.

One of my specialties is grief work. Another specialty is helping people get back on their feet after divorce. As an associate professor in psychology, I know the unique issues that young adults face starting out in life. I also work with people dealing with the aftermath of childhood abuse. I simply adore Dr. Ariadne! Her approach to therapy is so heartfelt and unique in that she's able to see deeper into 'the soul' of her clients to help determine the best treatment possible for ultimate healing and growth.

Dr. Ariadne helped me achieve truly positive results not only within myself, but also with others in both my personal and professional life.

Completely updated for the challenging times we find ourselves in now, Drinking the Dragon focuses on the spiritual awareness gained from adversity in the lives of everyday people.
Increasing numbers of people in Western culture are being forced to greater spiritual consciousness through experiencing the Dark Night of Soul, a term coined by the 16th century mystic, St. John of the Cross.
The Dark Night of the Soul represents the hardships and difficulties that people encounter as they seek to grow to spiritual maturity.
Each book is $20, tax and shipping included.

How we manage change and transition is the key to living a more successful and happier life.
Navigating Change provides you with tools to handle change and the transition period that follows it.
Using interactive exercises such as journalling, quizzes, dream work and active imagination, this book will help you develop greater resilience.
The skillful management of change in your life will not only help you to bounce back from change but will help you to bounce forward.
My talks are engaging and interactive and include cutting-edge information that people can apply to their everyday lives.
I give talks on resilience based on my book, Navigating Change, and on dreams and dreaming, based on my book Bridging Night and Day.
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity.
This talk is based on my book, Navigating Change: How to Go from Trauma to Transformation.
We'll answer the questions: Why are some people better able than others to weather traumatic events like job loss, home foreclosure, death of a loved one, or divorce?
