Dr. Barczak joined the UBHS team in 2016.
Dr. Barczak currently serves as Medical Director for the child and adolescent department here at UBHS.
He is board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and forensic psychiatry.
He works closely with DFCS and insurance panels (Amerigroup/Wellcare) on various initiatives to better serve children throughout the state of Georgia.
Dr. Burke joined the UBHS team in 2012 and has served as the Adult and Geriatric Medical Director since that time.
He specializes in psychotic disorders, substance abuse, geriatric conditions including Dementia and mood disorders.

While our team provides routine care for patients meeting criteria for treatment, we also respond to the needs of facilities requiring emergency care outside of regularly scheduled visits.
Today, we have a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners offering evaluations and medication management services in over seventy nursing facilities.
Our team work closely with administrators, director of nursing, and social services director to formulate care plans for patients.
While our team provides routine care for patients meeting criteria for treatment, we also respond to the needs of facilities requiring emergency care outside of regularly scheduled visits.
