There is a lot you can do on your own to help yourself grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward with your life. However, there are some problems that can continue to stand in our way despite our best efforts. As human beings, there are some things that we simply cannot do on our own. Why waste another moment of your life trying to "do it on your own, " especially if that strategy isn't getting you the long-term results you have been seeking.
Let us help you reclaim your life from whatever it is that is keeping you from experiencing happiness.

People generally consider therapy when something in their life does not seem quite right.
You may be looking to experience less of something in your life: anxiety/worry, sadness, negativity, conflict, pain, drama, or self-harm.
You may be looking to experience more of something in your life: peace, joy, connection, health, stability, or meaning.
Therapy offers a unique venue in which you can work toward your preferred life direction, with support.
I will listen intently, share my impressions, and work alongside you to understand and ultimately help to shift patterns in your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and actions.

Life means change, sometimes challenging how we relate to ourselves, others, and to the world.
Thankfully, a prompt comes from within to explore the need to change old patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or beliefs that keep us from growing toward the lives we want to create.
Inner wisdom sometimes prompts us to seek a compassionate companion on this journey of self-exploration and new relational perspectives.
I hold a Ph.
D. in Clinical Psychology, and have training in EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Somatic Experiencing.
