La Ventana means "the window" in Spanish. I believe that all of us inherently possess the wisdom and motivation to solve our own problems. However, finding that "window" to our inner strengths can be challenging. In my therapy practice, my goal is to teach patients new skills to access their own capabilities. This process begins with an understanding of the whole person, including the historical, biological, family, community, and cultural influences that shape who we are.
Therapy is driven by patient needs, goals, and comfort level, in an atmosphere of respect and acceptance. I invite you to explore my website and to contact me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
