I do this through convenient, confidential, and supportive online psychotherapy for women in all of California and Nevada. From the outside, you've got it together. You're tidy, well kept, and apologetic to a fault. It's rare if someone doesn't like you. Your default is to independently tackle most things and it's rare you ask for help from others.

But underneath, you're depleted, exhausted, and spinning with worry. Life feels out of balance and you're worn out with overwhelm and stress.
