Have you ever said, "I just want to be happy, " but you don't know how? Often emotions that you may not be aware of, or don't understand, prevent you from feeling happy in some or all of your relationships or life. Is your relationship with your spouse, partner, children or anyone else causing you pain?. As a psychotherapist, my interest, and my profession are to help people discover what isn't working in their lives, and then help them make the changes that allow for richer lives and relationships.
These changes begin even before you schedule your first psychotherapy session. In fact, you are changing right now because you are deciding to have the life and relationships that make you happy. Online psychotherapy and counseling provided throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and California.

All of us are raised with family rules and messages about how to express and act on our feelings.
Those messages and rules worked when we were young, but as we get older, we find that the rules no longer fit.
We discover that others have different rules and roles.
We are frequently amazed that others have a different script and often can't hear us!
Most people who seek out therapy services with a psychotherapist have rules that are so ingrained that they are not even aware of them or that they are acting on them.
