I am a private practice psychotherapist who offers consultation, supervision, and compassionate therapeutic support to teens, adults, and couples. My office is located in the Madison Park neighborhood in Seattle, WA. I operate from a trauma-informed and neurobiological lens thus, I take into consideration the way that your intersecting identities and personal history have contributed to the reactivity of your nervous system.

I engender personal growth and encourage new neuronal pathways to develop through somatically-centered healing, authentic reflection, exploration of life meaning, and relational attunement. Ideally, the therapeutic process will help you increase tolerance for challenging emotions and come to understand behavioral and relational patterns that may be impeding your growth and connection with others.

As a queer clinician, I specialize in serving those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Services
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state and I have worked in the mental health field since 2008, conducting research, providing consultation and supervision, and offering therapeutic support for adults, teens, couples, and groups.
I have two Master's Degrees; one in Existential Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University and the other in Human Development with a focus on somatics, phenomenology, and communicative leadership from Fielding Graduate University.
To remain current in my field, I take continuing education courses, receive consultation from colleagues, and attend conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Therapy is a collaborative and creative process in which we work together to foster personal growth.
In our sessions, you will be given the space to openly discuss your life, you will be encouraged to creatively explore your troubles without judgment or criticism, and I will provide feedback, observations, and reflections to you.
Sessions will be focused on self-development, with the ongoing goal of creating life meaning, developing fulfilling relationships, enhancing sexual intimacy, creating more effective patterns of behavior, and deepening emotional expression.
I offer consultation, supervision, and therapeutic support to teens, adults, and couples.
For individual clients I charge $150 per 50-minute session and $180 per 50-minute session for couples.
I accept cash, checks, and other online payment options.
Although I do not bill insurance directly, insurance companies may reimburse you for my paid services as an out-of-network provider, which compensates for 20-50% of my fee.
Paying out of pocket provides more flexibility and privacy in the work we do together.
My office is located in the Madison Park neighborhood in Seattle on the unceded ancestral lands of the Duwamish people.
I honor and offer gratitude to the Duwamish Tribe.
Street parking is available on E Madison St and E Blaine St. My office has gender-neutral bathrooms and is ADA accessible.
To access elevators, enter the building, walk past the staircase, and there will be an elevator on the left, take it to the 3rd floor, and my office is suite 330 on the right side.
