The demands of everyday life can be overwhelming affecting our own well-being along with our relationships. At times chronic illness, pain, and events impact our lives. Work, school, and daily activities can become difficult to navigate on our own. As each of us is unique, I will assist you in further developing your own strengths, as well as increasing awareness and skills to lead to inner peace.
Through my dedication to helping others, I have worked in a variety of settings and with those experiencing a wide range of symptoms and health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, cancer, and chronic pain. I am here to support and help you navigate through your experiences. I work to guide others using a variety of treatment modalities, including psychodynamic, various forms of cognitive therapy, interpersonal, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
I can offer individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as 8-week MBSR classes or MBSR training sessions.
