Turning Point Mental Health Center has been in business since 2015. Our practice is composed of clinicians that believe that anyone in need of emotional support should be able to access psychotherapy services that reflect the most current research and trends in the field. Our clinicians have extensive training and experience. At Turning Point we offer a continuum of care including psychiatric services, individual/family counseling, psychological testing and mental health case management.

Services
Dr. David R. Kramer is a Licensed and Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 20 years experience working as a Medical Director and psychiatric consultant for several mental health practices in the South Florida area.
Noah Goldberg is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Qualified Clinical Supervisor.
He has experience working with all age ranges, clients with substance abuse and mental health challenges.
Dr. Reitman has experience working with a variety of populations in both in and out-patient settings.
Michelle Montero-Caicedo, LMHC, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Turning Point Mental Health Center.
Mrs. Montero-Caicedo has over 20 years experience in child welfare and healthcare management.
From 2005 through 2014 she was the Chief of Clinical Services at Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Inc., the lead Community Based Care Agency for foster care and adoption services in Miami-Dade and the Florida Keys.
In that role, Mrs. Montero-Caicedo implemented innovative practices, such as the expansion of Child Parent Psychotherapy to address trauma and attachment, Medical Case Management, a Nurse Home Visiting Program, monitoring of psychotropic medication and ongoing developmental screenings for children in foster care.
When paired with ongoing and constructive therapy, medication can be a highly effective component of managing mental health conditions.
Turning Point psychiatrists design a treatment program that integrates the most effective and comfortable therapies that assist in alleviating each patient's individual condition and lifestyle.
Turning Point Mental Health Center delivers psychiatric services using Board Certified psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners.
Targeted Mental Health Case Management is a service provided to qualifying Medicaid recipients to assist them in accessing resources that can considerably improve the quality of their lives.
Our Case Managers help clients gain access to services needed to meet their mental health needs, achieve recovery, and live independently in the community Examples of services provided include: assisting individuals and families connect to medical, psychiatric, housing and financial services.
Case Managers advocate for clients in different settings, including school, legal and vocational systems.
Turning Point Mental Health Center is continually searching for qualified professionals to join our exceptional clinical team.
This is an independent contractor position offering a flexible schedule.
The candidate must have a Master's degree in psychology, mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related (clinical) area.
The clinician must be licensed in the State of Florida.
We are looking for Master's and Doctoral level therapists to join our clinical team to provide outpatient counseling services.
