Captree Psychological Services, P.C. is an independent psychology practice committed to improving the mental health of our clients. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of learning, social, emotional, and behavioral issues in children, adolescents, and young adults. We conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for a wide range of learning, social, emotional, and behavioral issues.

Based on the south shore of Long Island in the heart of Babylon Village in western Suffolk County, Captree Psychological Services, P.C. is easily accessible from Nassau County, eastern Suffolk County, and the north shore.

Dr. Cangelosi earned a doctoral degree in School Psychology from St. John's University and is a licensed psychologist and a certified school psychologist.
Diagnostic evaluations are done to determine if a learning, social, emotional, or behavioral disorder is present.
At Captree Psychological Services, P.C., all diagnostic evaluations are comprehensive in nature in order to obtain the best understanding of you or your child, including strengths as well as weaknesses.
