Associates in Psychology, located in Burlington, VT, is a well established and respected affiliation of doctoral-level licensed psychologists, known in the community and among other professionals for providing mental health services of the highest quality. As colleagues in independent private practices, each with our own style and areas of expertise, we all have over 20 years of clinical experience.

At Associates in Psychology our psychologists offer diverse forms of counseling and psychotherapy to adults, children, couples, and families. His practice is largely devoted to working with patients and their families who face long-term adjustment issues related to chronic illness and disability.
A major portion of this practice is dedicated to working with patients who face adjustment and cognitive issues secondary to Traumatic Brain Injuries.

Dr. Hemley has an additional interest in working with the parents of adolescents and young adults with substance abuse problems and the spouses and family members of individuals with chronic illness and physical disability.

She works to alleviate symptoms (anxiety, depression, etc) as well as to conduct in depth therapy to explore the underlying causes of such symptoms.

Dr. Miglionico works with age groups 18 years and older in individual psychotherapy and treats various difficulties such as (but not limited to) anxiety/panic, depression, trauma, life transition, workplace stress, and relationship issues.
Dr. Reilly received his undergraduate degree at Florida State University and completed his graduate education at the University of Vermont in 1986.
He completed an Internship in Pediatric Psychology at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has worked as a Staff Clinician in Community Mental Health and as Clinical Director for Northeastern Family Institute's Community-Based Services Program.
He specializes in outpatient services with children and adolescents with a wide array of psychological and developmental challenges and currently also serves as a Consultant to the State of Vermont Disability Determination Services' Children's Disabilities Program.
I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience and a specialty in health psychology and interdisciplinary behavioral medicine.
In my private practice, I provide psychotherapy to adolescent and adult individuals and to couples.
I am also the psychologist for the Bariatric Surgery Program at Fletcher Allen Health Care with an appointment to the medical staff in the Psychiatry Health Care Service.
I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Vermont in 1990.
