Established in 1968, Somers Trust has been providing comprehensive psychological services to residents of the Merrimack Valley for more than four decades. Our commitment is to provide individuals, couples and families who are experiencing difficulty with respectful, collaborative and confidential psychological services. We are staffed by experienced and licensed clinicians from the fields of psychology, social work, mental health counseling and psychiatric medicine.

Individual counseling can help one deal with many personal topics in life such as anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, etc.

Marriage and Family Therapy addresses the behaviors of all family members and the way these behaviors affect not only individual family members, but also relationships between family members and the family unit as a whole.

Instead, it calls for a very active effort on your part.
In order for the therapy to be most successful, you will have to work on things we talk about both during ours sessions and at home.
We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services such as therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond.

The office is usually staffed from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 2 p.m. on Friday.
Client is responsible for all co-payments and any other charges not covered by your insurance company.
Payment is due at the time of each service.
For insurance billing, verify that your plan will cover these services prior to scheduling an appointment.
It is your responsibility to obtain approval prior to your first visit if your insurance requires it.
Harry Somers is a licensed clinical psychologist specialties include providing cognitive/behavioral therapy for adolescents and adults who have problems with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, stress and relationships.
Lonnie Stowe is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been in practice at Somers Psychological Associates since 1980.
D., a graduate of Clark University has been licensed as a clinical psychologist since 1995.
James Conway is a licensed psychologist specializing in integrative and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
