My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic and comprehensive. It is based on a wide range of therapeutic methods and techniques to help my clients reach their goals. Using a holistic approach to healing and transformation, I believe that creating a healthy mind, body, and environment are crucial to bringing greater satisfaction, peace of mind, and self-fulfillment.
Since each person is unique, no one treatment protocol fits everyone. Most important of all, is the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client. Transformative change and healing are created in an atmosphere of safety and trust. The client is invited to feel free to express and reveal all aspects of their psyche and their experiences without fearing judgment or disrespect.

The dragonfly represents transformation and is a symbol of the powerful self-healing potential we each possess.
Since the dragonfly is seen as an agent of change, I feel it is an appropriate symbol for therapy.
Dragonflies symbolize many things in different cultures, but often represent a maturing process or sense of self-realization.
Tied to the wind, literally and figuratively, the dragonfly is seen as symbolizing change, and because it can propel itself in six directions, it is nimble at adapting to conditions and situations.
