I am a licensed child psychologist in Kansas City serving children, adolescents, and their families. I am also a licensed school psychologist with years of experience working in public schools. In addition, I have been an adjunct professor for many years, with most of those years teaching child and adolescent development courses. Lastly, as an author, I provide additional resources to help parents and families through book, publications, social media, and blog posts.

As a licensed child psychologist and therapist, I've worked helping children with ADHD and their families.
As an extension to my book, "Parenting ADHD with Wisdom and Grace", I've been working on additional resources and courses to support parents in the positive development of children and adolescents.
Any parent of a child with ADHD has, at one point or another, felt alone.
The reality is finding holistic interventions, outside of medication, to support their child's behaviors feels overwhelming.

I often see parents struggling with how to manage and parent aspects of their child's ADHD.
Sometimes, they do not fully realize that some of the frustrating behaviors they are dealing with are a part of ADHD.
I am hoping that I can impact parent-child relationships and help parents find more effective ways to respond, without as much frustration and feelings of exacerbation.
This book is a short, easy-to-read book for the busy parent.
