Have you ever had to face the hard reality that your life, your marriage, your career, your health or your family is in real trouble? Sadly, many people have. What do you do when too many days of unbroken worry and unspoken pain fills your life, and hope seems all but gone? It's hard to say out loud, and sometimes even harder to share with others who may not understand.

So what do you do? Life is tricky, and full of drama. Common names for the drama many people face is hurt, frustration, confusion, loneliness, grief, stress, just to name a few. Only this drama is not like on TV, where everything is resolved in an hour and everyone is satisfied at the end. No, your trouble, your drama, persists day after day. It's hard to figure out what's for real and who's for real.

Some people say that when times get tough, they almost lose their sense of self as a person. They don't know who to trust or where to turn. How about you? What do you do when you feel angry, trapped, deprived, isolated, empty, and afraid?
