D, ABPP, CGP, FAGPA I am a clinical psychologist who has been a clinician for over 30+ years. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of people who want to change stubborn symptoms and problematic patterns that interfere with living interesting, engaged and fulfilling lives. I have worked with clients dealing. Psychotherapy is a dynamic interaction between therapist and client, between science and art, between the safety of what is familiar and the unknown challenges of change.

Therapy is a demanding process that recognizes that people want to live better lives and change is a complex endeavor. Mary McClure Goulding described therapy as a song of life. I see my role as helping people to change behaviors, thinking or feelings that prevent them from leading interesting, fulfilling and joyful lives. In the office, clients identify what they want to change.

My job is to create a safe place for an open and curious exploration, and to provide tools for change that are useful for that individual.
