William Flynn, PhD

Dr. Flynn's clinical practice focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional and behavioral health issues for children, preteens, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Flynn has been retained by both plaintiff and defense attorneys and provides evaluations, reports and expert testimony in criminal, family, civil, immigration, and military courts with a focus on sexual abuse, child witnesses memory, violent behavior and mitigation at sentencing.

He also provides evaluations and testimony on the risk of re-offending, the ability to meet the terms of community supervision, and the ability to complete mandated treatment.
