I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Denver who specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness based psychotherapy. My Denver Psychologist offices are located just east of the Cherry Creek shopping center. In my practice as a Denver psychologist, I assist adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, and difficulties handling stress.
I am a firm believer in the need for a good fit in psychotherapy. No Denver psychologist can be a good match for all patients. It is my opinion that one has to feel a connection, a click with his/her therapist in order to have a good therapeutic relationship. Let's talk and find out if we can work together. Please email me at denverpsychologist@gmail.com or call me at (303) 321-0884.

Services
I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado and California.
I received my doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego.
After receiving the doctorate, I worked as an assistant director of a behavioral health center in San Diego and as a psychologist in private practice.
Although I enjoyed training interns and working with clients in beautiful San Diego, my husband and I decided to have an adventure and relocated to Denver in 1999.
After practicing out of an office at Rose Medical Center in Denver for years, I moved my practice to a quiet office just East of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center.

At one point in life or another, many of us struggle with feeling stuck, helpless and unproductive.
We often recognize that our unhealthy behaviors are a cause of our dissatisfaction and stagnation.
And yet, we find ourselves doing the same things over and over again, resulting in increased anxiety, dissatisfaction and stress.
Sometimes we may be successful in becoming unstuck and live a happy and productive life once again.
And, other times we may feel that we are getting deeper into dissatisfaction and unhappiness in spite of trying over and over again.
