We all experience times in our life where we find ourselves struggling and need additional support. It is my belief, that when we feel understood and are able to make sense of the challenges in our life, we can experience healing, growth, and the ability to make the change we desire. I consider myself a psychodynamic therapist, in which I assist my clients in exploring their unique history and how it influences their way of being in the world today.
My goal is to provide you with a nonjudgmental, supportive, and compassionate therapeutic environment to begin this process and identify the challenges you are facing. I obtained my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
I have experience in a wide range of mental health issues such as life transitions, body image, depression, anxiety, family conflict, grief and loss, parenting concerns, stress management, relationship concerns, abuse, and trauma.
