I'm glad you're here. I have spent the past thirteen years working within systems of child welfare, dis/abilities, healthcare for the homeless, inpatient treatment, criminal justice, and military service. My clinical focus and specialty is within the first-responder community, where I serve active/reserve/retired military, police, fire, dispatch, emergency medicine, and others who identify as "helpers" across the state of Texas.
When I'm not in the office, I can be found on my yoga mat, listening to public radio, reading, cooking, spending time with my family, or hiking the Greenbelt with my dog (and co-therapist, by request), Jaya. For those who like the facts: I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles, California, and my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York.
