Adolescence can be challenging.
Many teens struggle with peer difficulties, body image concerns, mood changes, increased conflicts with parents, limit testing, academic pressures and difficulties with increased responsibility.
Some teens have identity concerns about sexual and gender orientation.
Faced with these typical teen concerns, some adolescents develop more significant problems such as eating disorders, depression, self- harm behaviors, anxiety and substance abuse.
Therapy can help teens navigate this difficult time in their lives.

Adults come to me for many different reasons.
They may have a general sense of dissatisfaction with life, career or relationships.
Sometimes a life change such as losing a job, having a child, moving or going through a divorce is the concern.
Some individuals feel stuck in problematic patterns or difficult life situations and want to make a change.
Family problems are another common concern.
Other individuals are having difficulty maintaining a balance of handling responsibilities and taking care of themselves.
