Dr. Brandemihl is a board certified general Psychiatrist specializing in medication management and psychotherapy for adult patients and adolescents in their late teens. He is experienced in treating a variety of disorders including ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Mood Swings, Anger Management Issues and Substance Abuse Problems.
A graduate of The Ohio State University's College of Medicine, Dr. Brandemihl also completed his psychiatric residency training program at OSU. He remains active with Ohio State, as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, teaching first year medical students as well as resident physicians and also has served on the medical school's admission committee.
He is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. Buckeye Psychiatry, LLC was established by Dr. Brandemihl in order to provide premier psychiatric treatment to the residents of Central Ohio in a timely manner.

A psychiatric assessment with Dr. Adam Brandemihl is an approximately forty-five minute appointment, utilizing a bio-psycho-social approach to establish a probable diagnosis and a recommended treatment plan.
Prior to the appointment the patient is encouraged to fill out an 'Intake Form either at the office or downloaded from the website.
Dr. Brandemihl provides his clients with all the medical and psychological information necessary to allow them to make their own informed medical decisions regarding treatment options such as psychotropic medication and/or psychotherapy.
