At Alyssa Pacific LICSW, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.
If you decide to use your insurance, you will be responsible for any copayments or deductible amounts.
Prior to the start of treatment you will need to contact your insurance company to determine whether a prior authorization is required.
If I do not take your insurance you may consider utilizing out-of-network benefits.
Your insurance company will likely reimburse you for my services.
If so, on a monthly basis, I will provide you with an invoice containing the necessary coding and information that insurance companies require to process your claim.
