Utilizing a best practice approach, clinic personnel work to reduce or eliminate distressful and debilitating symptoms and to improve social, educational, and/or occupational role functioning of persons served.
Best practices are based on research, evidenced-based guidelines, expert consensus, and published practice guidelines.
Populations we serve include children and adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with mental illness (mild, moderate, severe and persistent), substance abuse and dependency (and dual diagnoses of mental illness and substance use disorder), educational or occupational problems, and/or family and interpersonal problems.

Diagnostic and Psychiatric Evaluations -intake interview, biopsychosocial history, determine diagnostics and medical necessity, initial treatment recommendations.
Medication Therapy - symptom management through psychotropic medications including, anti-depressants, anxiolytics and benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anticonvulsants, psychostimulants.
Medication Review with Psychotherapy - monitoring response to medication and provide insight-oriented therapy, supportive therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies.

Stacey Bieke Rapske is a Clinical Psychologist and a graduate from Wayne State University with a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Stacey also conducts psychological testing to assess ADHD, learning disabilities, personality, and other emotional concerns.
Her treatment plans are tailored to fit clients' needs using a variety of psychological techniques.
She believes everyone is an individual with individual needs.
Previous experience includes conducting psychological assessments at Community Assessment Referral and Education (C.A.R.E.) for three years, which involved working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Our practice offers full year practicums and internships for students at the graduate or post graduate level of Psychology.
Students will be exposed to a variety of learning experiences including therapy, psychological testing, supervision, and educational opportunities.
Our internship program strives to foster competencies and skills necessary for success in the practice of Psychology, to promote the personal and professional growth of the students.
Practicums and Internships run from the first week in September through the end of August.
