Dr. Garcia is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Garcia specializes in both Child/Adolescent and Adult population.
He received his training in Adult Psychiatry from Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and continued his subspecialty in the area of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
He is an affiliate staff member of the Ascension Health System, a part of the St John Providence Hospital and a member of the following organizations - American Psychiatric Association, American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Society of Psychoanalytic Physicians, Michigan Psychiatric Society and the Michigan Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
