Worth.
I take an engaged, collaborative approach when working with my clients that is tailored specifically to your issues and goals.
My goal is to partner with you to enhance your quality of life.
Whether you are going through a major life transition such as marriage, divorce, the birth of a child, addiction in a loved one or yourself, chronic illness, struggling with depression or anxiety or are experiencing difficulty handling stressful circumstances, I am here to help.
Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or have had prior therapy, it is important that you get the most out of your therapy visits which is why I provide a full 60 minute therapy session.
I treat individuals, couples and families.
In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they are striving for.
As a client, you can expect a high level of care from a Clinical psychologist who spends significant time getting to know you.
You will find friendly staff who is eager to help you.
You will notice many conveniences too, including prompt availability of appointments.
I will personally call you within 24 hours to introduce myself and answer any questions you may have as well as schedule your initial appointment.
As an added convenience, the provision of paperwork will be provided in advance of your first appointment.
I know you want to find the "right therapist, " and choosing a therapist can be a stressful decision.
The first step in a successful therapist-client relationship is to make sure the client feels comfortable.
Therefore, I feel it is important to provide an initial "free telephone consultation" to anyone considering therapy.
During our consultation we will talk about where you are and where you would like to be.
I will ask questions and I will offer feedback and suggest options.
At the conclusion of our talk, you will have a pretty good sense about whether we are a good fit.
