I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing on the near west side of Madison, Wisconsin. I provide individual and group psychotherapy and mindfulness-based therapy to adults and adolescents. I offer an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental environment and strive to create a collaborative, supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship with each of my clients.
My goal is to help you identify and understand the obstacles you're facing, recognize and utilize your strengths, and work toward enhancing a sense of well-being and personal satisfaction in your life. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and together we'll find the best treatment path for you. I provide a highly personalized approach, tailored to your individual needs and objectives, and drawing upon a variety of treatment styles and techniques.
I value diversity, and I am committed to practicing culturally competent therapy. I welcome all clients - without regard to race, age, gender, religion, cultural heritage, sexual orientation or gender expression.

How it works: Once we decide online counseling is right for you, we'll make an appointment and I'll provide you with additional information about the software I use.
A note about privacy: While I ensure that the computer I use for online therapy sessions is in a private location so that our conversation, like any conversation taking place in my office, is not overheard.
