My psychotherapy approach is mostly from a relational, insight-oriented, psychodynamic perspective. I also integrate other frameworks such as narrative, cognitive-behavioral and attachment theory. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a tailored treatment plan that takes into account their particular values and needs.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic space in which clients can explore concerns and difficulties, develop a greater understanding of themselves and their relationships, create more positive patterns in how they relate to others, experience personal growth, and work toward their therapeutic goals in a meaningful way.MSSW (Concentration in Clinical Mental Health) - Kent School at the University of Louisville (2000).
