I can support you in a process of living your life with greater vitality and deeper connection with yourself and others. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner landscape and tap into your own wisdom. I work with individuals and couples in a variety of areas including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic health conditions, sexuality, gender, personal growth, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I welcome all forms of diversity. My presence is personable, responsive, and playful. I encourage authentic expression, awareness, and embodiment. While holistic in my approach, my primary therapeutic modes are relational and somatic (mind and body unified). My work is also informed by attachment theory. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Masters in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
I am licensed in California (#80304) and in Oregon (#T1603). I am the Clinical Director at the Santa Cruz Neurofeedback Center, where I work with clients to assess and integrate their neurofeedback trainings.
