I utilize a wide range of theories and approaches to provide insights into your psyche and teach skills to help address those revelations. Using a primarily Jungian and eclectic approach, my goal is to help you understand the messages from your unconscious and use the symbolism and image provided by it to help you tap into your inner healer. We all have a part of our psyche that helps us to heal, grow, and thrive; sometimes we lose touch with that part of ourselves.

This can feel like being lost, disconnected, anxious, or depressed. By working collaboratively and genuinely, we discover what works and what doesn't work for you, crafting a unique treatment plan that draws upon various theories and approaches. Some of these additional theories include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Gestalt (Experiential Techniques), Existential Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Dreamtending, and Sandtray Therapy.
