Health psychology is a specialty area that focuses on how health, illness and wellness are influenced by a wide variety of factors. While contagious and hereditary illness are common, there are many behavioral and psychological factors that can impact overall physical well-being and various medical and psychological conditions. Health psychologists focus on how biology, psychology, behavior, spiritual and social factors influence health and illness.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on my education and experience, I work with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. I am equipped with knowledge of over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and cutting-edge coaching methods.

As a health psychologist I am always searching out new and unique foods for my clients that can add protein and reduce inflammation.
When I was enjoying a meal at one of my local Mediterranean grocery stores, I came across a jar of Lupini beans.
I asked the owner for a sample and I fell in love with the crunchy, salty, briny taste of the beans.
