I focus on people's strengths and possibilities while addressing their real life challenges. I provide a wide variety of evidence-based treatment approaches. Which means that all the therapy that I implement is highly researched and therefore, proven to work, if followed correctly.
I also practice family play therapy and child-centered play therapy. In addition, I provide personality, relationship (couple) and career assessments. I believe in a holistic approach to the therapeutic process that incorporates biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions empowering a person or family towards mastering life to its fullest.

I provide a combination or mixture of treatment modalities when working with my clients, depending on their specific needs and treatment plan.
Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions with the therapist/counselor, life coach or career counselor.
Family Therapy: Group sessions including immediate family members and/or extended family members, close friends or important people in one's life, such as nannies, teachers, coaches, etc. with the family therapist/family counselor or family play therapist.
